These terms summarize expected use of LayerRail.

## Acceptable use

Do not use LayerRail to:

* Abuse networks or third-party systems.
* Send spam.
* Host malware.
* Mine cryptocurrency without explicit approval.
* Attack, scan, or disrupt other services.
* Violate applicable law.

## Customer responsibility

You are responsible for:

* Securing your accounts.
* Protecting API tokens and SSH keys.
* Configuring firewalls correctly.
* Maintaining your application code.
* Reviewing resource costs before scaling.

## Platform responsibility

LayerRail operates the console, provisioning workflows, and managed service surfaces for supported infrastructure products.
